Matthew Gray Gubler is most famous for his role as genius, Dr Spencer Reid, on the show, Criminal Minds, which he has also directed episodes for. His is also a fashion model, painter, film maker, and a certified minister. He has also wooed the hearts of many teenage girls.

Modeling: In his early career, Gubler was found by a scout and modeled for famous names such as, Marc Jacobs, Tommy Hilfiger, Aldo, and American Eagle.



Acting: Gubler's first role was in The Life Aquatic wtih Steve Zissou, which later lead to his major role in Criminal Minds. His character in Criminal Minds, Spencer Reid, is a genius who is often underestimated because of his age. His character's social awkardness can make you laugh, and his youth and intelligence can cause you to be attached to him. Gubler also has played a part in movies such as Alvin and the Chipmunks and (500) Days of Summer.
